Servicing and Maintenance

Using our team of experienced field engineers, we can install and maintain your sensors and monitoring equipment no matter what the size or scale of your operations. Our professional team can undertake a wide range of services from site surveys and sensor or system installations to geodetic levelling and ongoing servicing and maintenance.

Site Surveys & Geodetic Levelling

We carry out detailed site surveys to ensure equipment is installed in the optimal location and configured for reliable, long-term performance. Our geodetic levelling services provide the accurate positional control required for high-quality monitoring data and compliance-driven projects.

Sensor / Equipment Installations and System Integration

We install individual instruments through to fully integrated monitoring systems. Our engineers ensure all equipment is correctly deployed, configured, and communicating as intended — whether operating as standalone assets or as part of a wider network.

Where required, we coordinate specialist resources including commercial divers, mooring and deployment hardware suppliers, vessels for deployment and recovery, electrical and marine engineers

This allows us to manage complex installations safely and efficiently, giving you a single point of contact throughout.

Servicing and Maintenance

We provide both ad hoc/emergency call-outs and structured, preventative maintenance programmes. We strongly recommend scheduled maintenance to keep systems performing at their best.

Regular service visits help to:

  • Reduce the risk of unexpected equipment failure

  • Maintain data quality and system reliability

  • Extend the operational life of your assets

  • Maximise return on investment

Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

For critical monitoring operations, we offer Service Level Agreements tailored to your operational needs. SLAs can include scheduled servicing, priority response, performance checks, and ongoing system support to give you confidence in system uptime and data continuity.
